Letting go of F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real.  Recently many of you know I decided to go skydiving.  I used to wonder how to let go of fear.  What I have learned and what I would like to share with you is to just let go and to trust in the process.  Most of all, have faith.  The key is to learn how to trust yourself and the process.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself ~ Franklin D. Roosevelt

I found this to be true, not just in skydiving, but in most life situations.  It seems the more that we hold on or try to control the situation the more the situation controls us.

Letting go of F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real.  When I was skydiving in Las Vegas, I made the choice to live in the moment and from now on in life, I was just going to let go.  Immediately after doing the freefall for about 60 seconds I knew that something had gone wrong.  We started spinning around and suddenly shot back up into the air.

The first parachute malfunctioned and we were forced to use the reserve parachute.  That’s when I really knew, even in the middle of a crisis, I knew then that, yes, the answer was to let go.

Let go of what you perceive to be fearful. Face it head on and the let the love in!

Letting go of F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real.  Even though it could have been a scary situation it turned out to be an incredible ride.  Because of this experience, I feel like I grew a lot, for now I truly learned the value of letting go.  Follow me as we continue to Journey and explore the many new and exciting places that dwell within us.  It’s all about Transformation!
