How to Love Yourself – Love is a relationship.  And Self-love is a Beautiful Relationship.  Without that, it's impossible to Love Others.  What kind of a relationship do you have with Yourself?  Once you learn to love you, it will feel like being at home, at peace and accepting yourself for who truly are, your authentic self, the loving soul you are.

Loving yourself, in essence, is being content with your body, your foibles and eccentricities.  Self-love is not over inflated ego like we see in some people.  Inflated ego is a sign that you don’t love and accept yourself.  It’s another form of a mask or layer.  Self-love is not arrogance, bravado or toughness.  Self-love is humility and humility is truth.
